Cleaning & hygiene of the spaces
The cabins are cleaned and sanitised between each client (30 minutes planned between two bookings). Impeccable hygiene is mandatory: a private shower and a toiletry kit are at your disposal before and after your session.
- Complete sanitisation of the space between each client
- Mandatory private shower before access to the jacuzzi
- Clean linens, bathrobes and care products provided
- Natural or certified ECO-labelled cleaning and care products
Hygiene rules during the service
For health reasons, any sexual act is prohibited in the balneotherapy and the hammam. No practice going beyond French legislation is tolerated. Respecting these rules guarantees the cleanliness of the facilities for all clients.
Facility safety
- Smoking inside the establishment is strictly prohibited.
- The actual times include setting up: 5 minutes at the start, 10 minutes at the end.
- The reception is under video surveillance, registered with the CNIL.
- The staff reserves the right to end any service if the safety or hygiene instructions are not respected, without refund.
Data & payment security
Encryption
The site uses SSL encryption, a security system also used in the financial world.
Data hosting
The booking system relies on FlexyBeauty, in SaaS (Software as a Service), with servers based in France. The site hosting is provided by OVH (Roubaix, France).
Bank transactions
Payments are processed by EspaceMonétique, a player in the French market, in compliance with CB standards and the EMV standard.
GDPR compliance
