Our CSR commitment

An approach on our own scale

Naturellement Luxe is an independent private spa, based in a single venue, at 15 rue du Croissant, in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. That size leaves us limited means, but a great deal of say over our decisions: what we buy, what we consume, and the way we work.

We are committed to continuously improving our processes within the framework of sustainable development and social responsibility, for our clients as much as for our employees. This page is meant to evolve as we progress.

Products & consumables

Throughout the private spa, we use 100 % cosmetic and household products that respect nature: either entirely natural, or certified ECO-labelled. That choice applies both to the cleaning of the spaces and to the products made available to you during your session.

Our labels

• Bathrobes, towels and linens that are washed and reused, rather than disposable
• Toiletry kit and care products chosen for their composition
• Ongoing search for solutions that reduce the place of single-use plastic
• Purchases made in measured quantities, to limit waste and unnecessary stock

Energy & water

A spa consumes water and heat: that is the heart of the matter, and we look at it squarely. Our facilities (jacuzzi, balneotherapy, sauna) are serviced regularly, because well-adjusted equipment consumes less and lasts longer.

• Regular servicing of the facilities, to avoid consumption drifting upwards
• Heating and lighting adjusted to the slots actually booked, rather than running continuously
• Low-power ambient lighting, in keeping with the softly lit atmosphere of the venue
• Attention paid to leaks and to temperature settings during every technical visit

Local roots & digital choices

We are a Paris address, served by public transport, which spares most of our clients from having to travel by car. Our day-to-day suppliers are chosen, as far as possible, close by.

• Priority given to nearby craftspeople, suppliers and service providers where the offer exists
• Website hosted by OVH, in Roubaix, France
• FlexyBeauty booking system, whose servers are based in France
• Paperless communication and booking confirmations, to limit printing

Respect for our teams & our clients

Our massages are delivered by state-certified therapists, in a working environment we want to keep calm and respectful. The number of sessions per day is limited by the very nature of our private slots, which leaves each therapist the time to work properly.

• Preparation time planned between two bookings, for sanitising the spaces and letting the team rest
• Etiquette and hygiene rules reminded to every client, for everyone's safety
• Zero tolerance towards disrespectful behaviour towards staff
• A welcome free of judgement, respecting everyone's privacy

Sport and well-being for our employees

Our employees have access to a video training platform that lets them practise a sport as they wish, supported and coached by a team of state-certified professionals.

First aid training

Depending on staff changes and new hires, the team at Naturellement Luxe Paris is trained in first aid and certified as Workplace First Aiders (SST), in partnership with the occupational health service. Congratulations to our teams on passing their assessment.

What still has to be built

We would rather announce little and stand by it. Several topics are under consideration: monitoring our consumption, sorting and recovering our waste, and choosing our suppliers against more precise criteria.
